Kelleys Exclusive Child Care provides education and learning through compassionate, attentive childcare in Indianapolis, Indiana. The team understands that every child is a unique individual, and works as partners with parents to meet each family’s needs. KEC follows a caregiver-to-child ratio that meets or exceeds all state regulations, with a goal of 3:1 or better to help ensure children receive plenty of love and attention. Care is delivered by responsible, dedicated caregivers who are certified in CPR and First Aid. Many team members have been with KEC for years, supporting a low turnover rate and a close-knit environment where caregivers support one another to ensure children consistently get the attention they need. Reliability is a priority, with backup plans and additional staff in place to cover for illness or when a caregiver needs time away. Parents are encouraged to visit or call anytime to feel comfortable.
